Customer satisfaction is number one for Onstate Technologies. The customer could expect replies within a very reasonable time. Onstate follows the rules of excellent service, superior quality and economical prices. Credits and repairs are done within 2 business days of receiving the product unless noted. To expedite the processing of returns and repairs, RMA numbers and confirmations are required. Warranty Any physical damages or modifications to the product will void the warranty. All warranty dates are from original invoice date. If the product is defective or you received the incorrect product, you must inform Onstate Technologies within 20 days. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for exchange or credit within 30 days unless specified. There is a 15% re-stocking fee of original purchase price for all returned products unless found to be defective. No products are accepted for exchange or return after 30 days. Onstate Technologies warrants products to 2 year for repairs of defects or product failure except battery products for 1 year and consumable items for 6 months or as specified for the product. The customer must pre-pay all shipping costs incurred for returning products to Onstate Technologies. Liability Onstate Technologies is not liable for the misuse or unintended use of Onstate Technologies products or services. All products, information or services are provided on an "as is" basis and limited to that specified in the warranty section. Any claims to Onstate Technologies shall only be to the maximum cost of the product and/or service ordered. Onstate Technologies shall not be liable for any damages from shipping or uncontrollable events. Product Returns The customer must contact Onstate Technologies prior to returning any items for RMA information. All products returning to Onstate Technologies must have a RMA number and the RMA form filled. Onstate products are limited to that specified in the warranty section. All products must be received within 15 days of RMA issue date. The shipper should clearly mark the RMA number on the box and use a reliable source such as FedEx, UPS or DHL using delivery confirmation to best guarantee delivery and RMA processing. Any packages without "Proof of Purchase", incomplete RMA form, or rejected due to permanent marks on the product will delay processing. The customer is responsible for shipping the products to Onstate pre-paid and undamaged. If Onstate determines the customer received a damaged or incorrect product due to Onstate error, Onstate will pay for shipping costs to and from the customer for an exchange unit. The customer must pay for all shipping costs for repair or servicing of none warranty or exchange products. Onstate pays for shipping to customer for under warranty repair products. Products are returned on ground service. Other services are available at an additional charge. Shipping Onstate products are Made in Canada and exported worldwide. Shipping can be Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or postal service as customers prefer. (C)2001-2008 Onstate
